Use references: You should ask a trusted referring doctor locally, or go online to surgery.Org for abps-certified plastic surgeons who are also members of the american society for aesthetic plastic surgery. Ask for experience in eyelid surgery and look at plenty of before and after photographs.

Idaho surgeons: If you see a board certified plastic, facial plastic or occuloplastic surgeon especially one recommended by another patient you should be fine.

Arrange consultations and ask to see his/her before-and-after pictures and to potentially meet with previous patients who have under gone the procedure you are interested in.
