Go to another one: You have the right to complete care in any medical setting, to the extent that you understand everything that is happening with you. If the doc you saw is so hard to understand that you leave scratching your head, then you have not been served well. If you have the luxury to be in a facility with several providers, ask for one that you can understand completely. No excuse for money spend/no answer.
