Sounds reasonable: Healthcare is a team effort, so it is wise to put the least vulnerable team members on the front line. Humans transmit coronaviruses, so a job with minimal direct human contact should have a high safety level when it comes to respiratory viruses. Of course, even if you have contact with only one human, you can catch a virus if that one human has it. Life can be full of surprises.

Yes: Your chronic condition is considered a risk factor for COVID complications. I would suggest working from home, to manage your patients. Rest, drink fluids, use good hand washing and avoid contact with those who are ill. Have a screening test, if you develop symptoms.
