Direct presentation: Patient should not be shy and be direct to the point and write down all important questions he/she wants answered after my examination such as my training and experiences, my initial assessment of the case, need for further tests, plan of treatment to include medical vs. Surgical treatment, benefits, complications, risks, other alternative treatment and if he/she agrees of the plan of treatment.
