Low positive ANA: Low level ANA antibodies (1:40 or below) are often not big concern for autoimmune diseases however; it is possible that your joint pains are related to systemic lupus erythematosis (sle). An evaluation by a specialist is suggested (rheumatology).

Pathologist needed. Lab says ANA titer goes by 80. .. 1:80 is negative. 1:160 is negative too. 1:320 is positive. If mine is the 320 what does it mean?
