No, you definitely have SLE with lupus nephritis. You need to follow closely with your family doctor along with specialists. Both rheumatologist and nephrologist' care is necessary and you will likely need another medication besides prednisone. Kidney biopsy is indicated and it should be done if it has not been done yet.

Since you have shortness of breath, please screen for COVID 19. As a baseline, pulmonary function testing and a chest image are recommended. Please see a Rheumatologist, to discuss the management of autoimmune disease. Consider other diagnoses including infection. Watch for worsening shortness of breath and rule out a cardiac condition.
