My ana came back positive, but the lab report i got doesn't show the titer. will my doctor have access to that? it doesn't mean a lot without it right?

Ana: Sometimes if the doctor does not order the correct test, the titer is not done. In the absence of other labs and without symptom description it is hard to rely on one test as being clinically significant. Your doctor must have ordered it for a reason. So further interpretation will depend on your particual clinical case.

See below: You are correct on both counts the positive ANA by itself tells you and the doctor that something is going on but your doctor needs the titer.
