Hx of seronegative ra yet recent labs show high crp/esr, absolute neutrophils and ana by ifa but w/ no titer. what could that mean without a titer?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your lab results suggest active on-going inflammation. The titer of ANA is not particularly relevant.
