Pathologist needed. lab says ana titer goes by 80. .. 1:80 is negative. 1:160 is negative too. 1:320 is positive. if mine is the 320 what does it mean?

Impossible to say: The ANA is a nonspecific test and while a screening test for lupus it is also positive in numerous other condition and not infrequently in normal. Why was the test ordered in the first place? None of your listed conditions would merit an ana.
