Just got a positive ANA, 1:80 titer homogeneous pattern. I have lots of potential autoimmune symptoms. How likely is lupus based on those lab results?

ANA IFA screen test= results were ANA screen, IFA positive & ANA Titer 1:160 & screening detecting the presence of 150 autoantibodies in various autoimmune diseases, ANA Patterns (ROQ)= normal, would it be Systemic Lupus or drug-induced Lupus?
