been having joint and muscle pain for over 2 years. ana test came back positive, titer 1.8, pattern was positive. lupus?

Could be: Lab work and your symptoms suggest an inflammatory disorder, however, without the expertise of a rheumatologist, a definitive diagnosis can't be made. You may need other blood work, x-rays and absolutely need a thorough physical exam.
