Just got a positive ana, 1:80 titer homogeneous pattern. i have lots of potential autoimmune symptoms. how likely is lupus based on those lab results?

You need to be seen: If the ANA is positive you could indeed have lupus. The diagnosis is made by history, medical exam and in many cases, further laboratory testing.
