Does a pelvic test see if you have ovary cyst?

Yes: Pelvic examination can evaluate the ovaries and sometimes tell if they are enlarged. However, ultrasound is more accurate. (but remember there are always small cysts on the ovaries. The egg comes from a cyst with ovulation.).

Pelvic exam: I'm assuming you mean a pelvic exam and certainly we do feel the areas of the ovaries for enlargement, which may mean cysts. However, obesity limits our ability to adequately feel the ovaries.
