Past 3 days i been having an aching pain on the left side of my pelvis.Had a normal pelvic exam though. Can it be a cyst? Had one rupture n the summer
Pelvic ultrasound showed no cyst.But showed free fluid on right. Still having pain around right overy & back normal full pelvic exam/ultrasnd and norm pap, just yeast infct.Nrml CT abd/pelvis why pain?
Is it normal to have pelvic (around ovaries) discomfort few days b4 period? What causes it? My last pelvic exam was in july. No cysts or issues then.

After a vagina and a top pelvis ultrasound and a CT scan doctor says the sourse of my pelvic pain is a left ovary cyst. Said that it should clear up on its on. With all three test would that been able to tell if this was ovarian cancer. I am 41 years ol
