Is a chocolate cyst 5cm x 5cm cause for concern ? ..did a physical examination and said will ultrasound pelvis 3 months to see if has changed size.

Decent size: If no other symptoms ok to observe as planned. Hope is that it will begin to shrink. If not, gets larger or have pain or other symptoms, may require surgery.
