Transvag ultra rt ovary has 2cm cyst. also says "rt ovary appears hypoechoic. no free pelvic fluid. endometrial stripe hard to see." is this bad?

Follow up: This is not concerning but will require a follow up ultrasound if the cyst was complex. Talk to your doctor about any follow up necessary. Usually it will be in 6-8wks. It is not unusual to have a thin endometrial stripe if you recently had a period.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
