Exam: Biopsy will be able to tell exactly what it is. I would schedule a biopsy asap and not worry at this point.

The abnormality: on the ultrasound is not negated because it was not seen on mammo. It is normal to be concerned because obviously the radiologist thought there was something suspicious on the ultrasound. However, about 70-80% of the time the biopsy will turn out benign, so the odds are in your favor. .
