It depends: It depends on the actual appearance on the mammogram. Unfortunately, only the specialist reviewing the mammogram can make that recommendation.

Not enough info: to make an assessment. Whether or not calcifications need to be biopsied primarily depends on their size, shape, and distribution. If they are typically benign based on those criteria, biopsy is usually not indicated.
