Maybe: Bipolar has an undulating (up & down) course. Sometimes meds work better than other times. Many factors can influence effectiveness including sleep, nutrition, exercise, drug, tobacco and alcohol use. Intercurrent illnesses also play a role in how you respond to the meds. Check in with your doctor to discuss these variables.
