Depressed Mood: I am sorry that you are going through such a painful time See - you are taking Zoloft (sertraline). Mood stabilizers can be very helpful for treatment of Bipolar Disorder. If you are not currently seeing a psychiatrist - would recommend that. Take care.

No, but don't panic: I'm not sure - but I think you meant that you've been shaking and having pain from too powerful a heart beat. Those symptoms can be related to anxiety/panic and can happen to people diagnosed bipolar. But if these are new feelings - see a provider to have an exam. Ruling out medical problems is good. Then, try to find a therapist to help you understand all of this better. It can help.
