Get rechecked: Bipolar disease the depression that goes with it are serious problems. I am glad you are getting medical care. Unfortunately, that is a hard problem to manage. It is common for it to take time , and adjustments in medications. It is also important to review the rest of your history to be sure nothing else is going on. Since someone is managing your meds already, talk with that professional soon.

See you are taking: Lamictal with diagnosis of depression. I don't know your dose of lamictal. You may require optomization of your Lamictal dosage or you could be having cyclic breaking through of sxs despite the safety net from lamictal. Please discuss with your psychiatrist/ medical provider. No antidepressant?
