You : You are describing a probable viral or allergy symptoms, since you have no pain. Continue daily antihistamines and your flonase. Be sure that you are taking a true sudafed decongestant. You'll need a prescription in oregon, the over-the-counter decongestants are no longer true sudafed. Time should improve your symptoms, with the above interventions.
