A year ago i had foot surgery. now every time i walk and run it hurts, anyway to fix this? surgery in middle of foot. hurts more when i run. i have tried massaging it and icing it.

Pain after surgery : Difficult to say without know the type of surgery and the reason for the surgery. Typically an orthotic can help to reduce the pain within the middle of the foot. You may also need further work up to determine if there is a degree of arthritis present.
