What : What i would suggest is to bring your son to a podiatrist that specializes in kids. What needs to be done is to do serial casting on your son's feet in order to correct the deformity. His bones are still growing and they are pretty flexible, so with proper timing and continous treatment, this can be corrected. I would certainly not wait and see if they will improve with time. Instead, i would bring your kid to a specialist to address this issue. What he probably has is called metatarsus adductus deformity in which metatarsals are pointing medially in relation to the rearfoot.
