No: Abo blood type incompatibility involves preformed antibodies to different red blood cell glycoproteins. The drugs would remove them.

It's not necessary: Rejection of a blood transfusion is called a "transfusion reaction." blood banks can almost always find a donor blood product which won't cause a reaction so anti-rejection drugs are usually not required.
