There is no: Alternative to brushing. In fact if you are cavity prone, brush three times per day versus the minimum two. Brush well -- use a mechanical power brush - like an oral b triumph. Also invest in a waterpik. Flossing is also beneficial. Eliminate sugary foods, candies, and make sure you visit your dentist frequently to get your cavities filled before you develop bigger problems.
