Diet ; flossing: Even if you brush well, if you have a high sugar diet, your teeth are exposed to sugar throughout the day and you can develop cavities. Also, if you're not flossing daily, then you will develop cavities between your teeth until every tooth has a filling. If you're consuming sugar, then clean out your mouth with a toothbrush afterwards so that your teeth aren't bathed in sugar.

Keep flossing: The cure for cavities has always existed...Flossing regularly, diet control, brushing your teeth, brushing your tongue, professional cleaning and prophylaxis. There is no magic pill, if you are looking for one. It's like losing weight, who wants to diet and exercise? But it works! respectfully.
