Add floss, fluoride: Do you floss as well? Flossing is important to disrupt the plaque/bacteria between teeth. It's also important to spend a minimum of 2 minutes brushing, using short back and forth strokes. You might also want to incorporate a daily Fluoride rinse. Are you taking any high blood pressure or any meds that make your mouth dry? Discuss these issues with your dentist or hygienist.
