No, but........: Assuming you had no cavities already, not brushing for two days won't cause any new cavities. However, if you keep forgetting or don't bother to brush, repeated days without brushing (and flossing) will produce cavities over time.

Not yet: You will not get cavities if you miss brushing every once and a while (once or twice a month) as long as you do a good job the rest of the time and have a healthy diet.
