I brush after every meal but still get cavities. any advice?

Yes...: Brushing does not clean and remove food debris and plaque from in between your teeth. You also need to use dental floss! you may not be brushing properly. Have your dentist watch your technique to make sure you are doing it correctly. What about your snacks? At least rinse out after snacking. Some snacks are worse than others. Choose healthy snacks, not sugary sticky starchy ones.
