See your doc: That is not normal and you need to check it out. Some common medical causes are inadequate thyroid production (hypothyroidism) and anemia. Both are easily tested with simple blood tests. Menopause may cause similar symptoms or occasionally low testosterone in men. There are many causes. Depression may present this way. You don't have to live that way - get it checked!
