Yes, right away!: I would definitely take her, or if she is really struggling, starting to turn blue moving less, making less noise, this is a bad sign. Don't hesitate. Dial 911 if you feel it's necessary.

Call 911: If she is still having trouble, please call 911, if you are not very close to an ER,. Get her seen right away. The paramedics will help her.
