Aveeno (oatmeal) Bath: Sooth the skin with Oat Meal or Abeeno Bath to prevent itching and relax yourself. May try melatonin. And Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help with sleep and itch. Apply cortisone cream you have for Eczema.

Agree w Dr Trividi: In addition Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica), Wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa), Lemon Balm ((Melissa officinalis)), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) & are herbs which can aid with sleep.
