Melatonin: You could use Melatonin up to 10 mg. Chamomile tea may also be helpful. In general avoid stimulants including decongestants, coffee, energy drinks, tea and chocolate during the day to minimize insomnia.

Not much: Almost all OTC sleep aid bought are diphenhydramine, or Benadryl. This can be taken 25-50mg a night for sleep, but trying an additional sleep aid is likely adding more Benadryl, which can be unsafe. If insomnia is rare, then you shouldn't worry about it. If it is happens to you often, you should see your doc to assess for medical causes or stress which may need treated in different ways
