I'm having nagging pain in the tricep, bicep area of right arm. hard to get to sleep some nights. now i also notice a slight twinge in left side of chest at times when i take big inhale breath, not consistent. seems heart issues can relate to arm?

Your symptoms are likely not related to heart problem. A thorough history and physical exam needs to be carried out for the etiologies of those symptoms but but I doubt their relationship.
