Not necessarily: Garden variety appendicitis can cause the appendix to rupture. A ruptured appendix is not associated with pid-pelvic inflammatory disease--which refers to infection of the uterine walls, fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Possibly: If your ruptured appendix caused inflammation in the pelvis, than yes. Usually pid caused by std's, but in rare cases appendicitis can be s cause.
