Pain right side lower abdomen and back. diarrhea and gas. is it appendicitis? how to tell when it's appendix emergency? or pid?

Get it checked: Acute appendicitis will cause pain in right lower abdomen, usually associated with nausea/vomiting.No bm, loss of appetite and may or may not have fever.It is a medical emergency and diagnosis is suspected by history/physical examination.Confirmed by blood test and cat scan .It does not cause diarrhea most of the time. So if you are worried about appendicitis get it checked in er.

Possible : Appendicitis is possible, and the only way to differentiate from pid is seeing a physician, getting an exam, and additional tests as indicated.
