"Sounds" Like One: What you are describing sounds like a (reducible) hernia. The most common locations include the groin (inguinal), the belly button (umbilical), and the upper-mid abdomen (epigastric). Have your 'male' see a primary care doctor or hernia surgeon to confirm your suspicion and discuss repair.
