Hanging testes: Actually all males have hanging testes. The size is not always equal. As long as there is no pain, rednesss, increased warmth from varocosity, it is ok.

Need exam: It is normal to have one testicle larger than the other. Not sure about the ball on our stomach - depends on the location, size, firmness, mobility, etc. These features are best determined by physical examination by a primary care provider. Hope this helps!
