I had a surgery on my left side of my stomach, have numbness and little or no feelings in the left thigh at the front.no hernia and no shingles,while this affect my 8 months post hiv exposure results,it was negative.am i good or more test at 12month?

If your 4th Gen HIV test was negative at 8 months post-potential exposure, you are not risk from that exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
