See a doctor: i do not know how your hernia was repaired three years ago. pain now after three years, is not normal. pain in the testicle is not normal. see a doctor, your pain might not be related to a hernia, you might have a problem in the testicle like epidedemytis. so see a doctor for evaluation, either they will assure you, or treat you. good luck
