YES: If you believe it is please see an oral surgeon to relocate your jaw. Interesting note broken jaws do not hurt and the reasons are too long for this format.

Have it checked out.: Dislocation vs broken is where the jaw has moved out of its normal position at one or both joint (TMJ) sockets. The main thing you will feel is that your teeth dont come together properly--they feel crooked . If you suspect a dislocated jaw, get to a doctor quickly, since the sooner it is relocated, and a broken jaw is ruled out, the better the prognosis, these things dont heal themselves.

Yes: Usually a sudden event with extreme pain. Diagnosis may be dislocation vs fracture. See oral surgeon ASAP for treatment.
