Need to : Re-evaluate. Call your doctor and discuss your concern. Always early intervention , better prognosis . Does not hurt to get it checked out again.

You need to be: re-evaluated by your physician. You should check the report of the mammogram, don't assume anything. Incidentally, federal MQSA regulations require that a patient be notified, in writing, of mammo results within 30 days. If you didn't get a letter, your facility may not be in compliance with the law.

Definitely don't make the assumption everything is fine! Offices and doctors get busy and these things can fall through the cracks. You should definitely have heard an answer one way or the other. Definitely contact them for your result.

No test is 100% specific or sensitive so it is important to repeat the test. Follow-up with your doctor and make sure you get the results of the test.

You absolutely must follow this up. Even if the lump is not seen on mammo or ultrasound, it might need to be biopsied. Also never, never assume that if the doctor did not call you back, then everything is OK.
