How much sleep do i need to fully recover?

Depends on WHAT?: You don't state what you are recovering from. Most people need 7-8 hours a night of sleep. Some more, some less. Most reading I have done, recommends 8 hours of sleep a day for good functioning and brain health. If you have been severely stressed, you may need more. Good quality sleep is important along with good nutrition, exercise and mental health.
