Sleep Follow Routine: Over-sleeping is as disruptive to your well-being as under-sleeping and is often fixed the same way. Your sleep pattern adjusts to your routine. Just regimenting your routine fixes the problem. Going to bed and getting up at fixed times regardless of whether you slept or not can often reset you sleep cycle naturally. Let your sleep follow your routine NOT your routine follow your sleep.
