Had ultrasound for endo, left ovary is stuck down, unsure to whether it's adhesions or live endo. will my ovary/eggs get damaged from being stuck down?

No: Don't worry, eggs don't get damaged, due to adhesion , nature is remarkable , egg will find its way and do what it is supposed to do .Besides you have stand by right side. Speak to your gyn doctor in your next visit.
