It didelphys: Having this is not a normal finding, but there doesn't seem to be any abnormality with the sizes of the uteri, and there are no fibroids or abnormal cysts noted.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
Dr felt 1inch lump near spine and 3 smaller lumps in lower pelvis. Did not show up on ultrasound or CT scan yet the ones in pelvis continue to grow and I have a new one. What could they be and will they show in MRI? I have no uterus/ovaries, aged 41?
