Sounds like PCOS: About a week after taking Clomid (clomiphene) you should have a mature follicle about 18mm in size. If all the eggs are still small then it is not likely that you are ovulating. If you are still not ovulating on 150mg you may need to add metformin or fsh injections.

Yes: If you ovulated at the appropriate time about cycle day 14 or so, you have the highest chances of pregnancy. Your symptoms suggest ovulation so it certainly is possible. The most important clue is if you get your cycle on or about cycle day 28. This means ovulation was likely most normal. Good luck.
