i have a complex cysts in my right ovary,discovered in july. it has shrunken from 5 in to 2 cm per an ultrasound last week. is it hemorragic or endo ?

Probably hemorrhage: Complex cysts. are common. They are complex by ultrasound because there is stuff or debris inside. As long as it is shrinking, that is good and should soon collapse or disappear
