my daughter has a history of ovarian cysts. recent ultrasound shows no cyst just lots of fluid around ovary and adhesion in ovary.what does this mean?

Ovarian cysts.: If an ovarian cyst ruptures, it coul cause some fluid. It is not possible to see adhesions on ultrasound, generally, so I am not sure about that.
